Working Students
Looking to kick-start your career in the equestrian industry?
At Queenholme, we’ve proudly run a successful apprenticeship programme in partnership with Stubbing Court Training for several years. Our apprentices work towards NVQ qualifications while gaining hands-on experience at a busy and professional competition yard.
This unique combination of education and real-world training offers an excellent foundation for a career in any area of the equestrian world.
We’re Looking for…We’re always on the lookout for cheerful, enthusiastic, and hard-working individuals to join our team. Applicants should have a basic knowledge of horses, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
What You’ll Gain:
✅ Regular training from Tanya on both your own and yard horses
✅ Learn to turn out horses to the highest standard
✅ First-hand experience of how a top-class professional yard is run
✅ Guidance when competing, including warming up and course walking
✅ Shared travel to events and basic horse keep
✅ Learn to break in and produce young horses professionally
✅ Continuous support and advice from Tanya and other experienced team members
